Credits

Credits are needed to run assessment reports on a candidate. Running a report costs 1 credit, while running additional reports on the same candidate costs 0.5 credits. Depending on your organization’s individual Leadership Assessment contract, you may or may not have a limited amount of credits to work with.

If there are no credits remaining in your organization's account, please have your system administrator call symplr Support at 866-323-3030.
