NetCompetency notifications

In the Notifications page in the Utilities area, settings can be modified to issue notifications to Learners, Supervisors, and Administrators when certain activities occur in NetCompetency. The options are available in a box located at the bottom of the Notification screen.

These activities for which notifications can be sent include:

• Assignments
• Competency Expiration Reminders
• Manual Competency Assignment

In addition, notifications can be set to go out to recipients 30, 60 or 90 days in advance of the actual expiration date.

When Assigned Notify	Select the check boxes next to the groups that you would to be sent notifications about NetCompetency assignments.
Competency Expiration Reminder	Check the boxes next to the groups that you would like reminders about expiring competencies to be sent, and select the checkbox next to the number of days in advance of the actual expiration date you would like notices to be issued.
Manual Competency Assignment	Select the check boxes next to the groups that you would to be sent notifications about NetCompetency assignments assigned manually.
