Audit reports
The Audit report provides the number of users you have for each symplr Learning product attached to your system, and contains the encrypted client data string needed for licensing.
In addition displaying a summary of basic usage at your organization, the Audit area also provides access to several reports. From here, you can view the Roles and associated Rights available in your organization, view a report of roles and privileges currently assigned to users of the symplr Learning Administrator, and run a report of Group Assignments made through the symplr Learning Administrator.
The Group Assignments report provides a list of all of the Organizations, Departments, People Groups, and Job Titles to which the learners included in the symplr Learning Administrator have been assigned. This list can be helpful as an overview of your organization, and provide valuable information for such tasks as determining which groups to assign certain curricula, or which groups need the most resources or training.
The Group Assignments report does not require you to specify any criteria in order to run the report.
Report options
"Inactive" Accounts | Select this check box to view a report including the learners whose accounts are currently inactive. |
Role's Rights | Select this check box to include a summary of the rights associated with each role. |
Role, Org, Depart, Person Order | Select this option if you would like your report to be organized primarily by role, and then by Organization, Department and Person. |
Org, Depart, Person, Role Order | Select this option if you would like the report to be organized primarily by Organization, and then by Department Person and Role. |
