Course Instructions

eLearning courses in symplr Learning are completed online and allow you to review materials at your own pace.

Courses are launched in a new browser window that usually contains navigation, testing, and certificate information that necessary to complete the course and receive credits. Due to the wide range of course materials available in symplr Learning, however, some functionality may differ depending on the content provider for the courses. Some courses may present quizzes partway through a course while others stick to a final exam; some include simulations where you must virtually perform tasks in the proper order; navigation through materials usually differs, etc.

Whenever you’re unsure of how to progress through a course, it’s always good to first check any instructions that are provided within the course window itself. Content providers usually include help in their courses, so keep an eye out for a link or icon that displays assistance materials about their specific course.

In addition to in-course help, we’ve compiled some assistance documentation for certain courses here. We’ve organized this information by course providers, which is usually included in the title of the course when it’s launched. Though not every course is covered here, we’ve included general overview information from course providers when available, and are constantly working to improve and expand this library of course instructions – so check back often.
