FAQs/Troubleshooting
Below is a list of general questions that may arise when working through eLearning courses. These are provided in conjunction with the specific course instruction materials found in this online help system.
Should you have additional questions or require further assistance, please contact your facility’s educational administrator.
You must complete all content in the course module to complete a course. This includes viewing every page of the course introduction and lessons, completing each interactive segment, and completing your action plan.
For continuing education (CE) courses it is necessary to complete the Posttest with a score of 80% or higher and complete the CE Course Evaluation in order to complete the course. For courses that do not have CE credits, completing the Posttest marks the course as complete regardless of score.
Your progress in these courses does not save. If you exit midway through, you will need to restart the course module from the beginning.
Do not close any browser windows when the course is launched or the content is being accessed. To properly exit the course, you must use the Exit Course button in the course window.
You must properly exit the course in order for the Posttest score and progress to be saved, which includes clicking the Save Porgress button. Follow steps within the Completing the Posttest and Accessing the Certificate section of the course instructions for the proper procedure to exit the Posttest.
Your completion certificate becomes available after successfully completing the course and registering your account on the Lippincott Learning CEConnection web site. From that site you are able to view each certificate you have earned, by navigating to the Completions page, found under the My Courses top navigation menu.
If you anticipate a need to view your certificate again, it is recommended you save the downloaded PDF certificate to your computer, so you may email or print hard copies of your certificate as needed.
See the Reviewing Your Certificate section of the course instructions for further details.
For any questions regarding your certificate please contact your WKH rep or email LNS-Support@wolterskluwer.com.
Re-enroll yourself in the course, or ask your facility’s educational administrator to re-assign the course to you. Otherwise, you may review the content by locating the course on your Completions page in symplr Learning and selecting Review.
Re-enrollment allows you to start the course with a clean record. However, remember that once progress has been started on the course, re-enrolling has no effect on saved progress for that specific enrollment until the course is completed.
