+Learners
The +Learners widget allows you to view and manage learners in your organization.
The table displays basic information about each employee, including their department, group, and job title. Additional information about their Learning Activities can be accessed by clicking the folder icon ().
Widget columns
The +Learners widget contains the following informational columns:
- The first column displays the Learner name. Clicking this link opens a new window that allows you to edit the employee's profile information.

The ID column contains the employee identification information. This can be viewed by hovering your cursor over the field to display a tool tip containing the EmployeeID, SSN, Badge number, and Email address.
Note: The SSN field does not display the social security number, only asterisk representations.
- The folder icon () contains the learner activities. Clicking this icon opens a new window that displays the courses and classes the employee is currently enrolled in and has already completed.
- The Department column displays the department of the employee. Clicking this link opens a new window that allows you to edit the employee's department information.
- The People Groups column displays the groups the employee has been assigned. Clicking this link opens a new window that allows you to edit the employee's group assignments.
- The Job Titles column displays the job titles for the employee. Clicking this link opens a new window that allows you to edit the employee's job title information.
