Your system administrator is someone within your own organization, facility, or office who manages the symplr Learning system for you and your coworkers. This is a person using the system at an administrative level, and holds the necessary system permissions to add, modify, and delete users or records. These users are usually (but not exclusively) found within an organization’s IT department.
