The Personal Info page under the My Folder area lists your profile information, such as job title and manager, as well as any Licenses and Certifications that are attached to your record in symplr Performance. Though you are not able to change any of this information from this page, you should contact your manager if you notice any discrepancies in your profile.

Licenses and Certifications Table

The table for Licenses and Certifications displays information at-a-glance for licenses or certifications.

• Name: Name or type of license or certification
• State: State the license or certification was issued by
• Start Date: Date the license or certification was given
• Expiration Date: Date the license or certification expires

Note: Only users holding Admin permissions may add, edit, or delete information from the Licenses and Certifications table. If you need to update your license or certification details, you'll need to reach out to your symplr Performance system administrator for their assistance with the task.
