Tasks
symplr Performance simplifies the employee performance management process by automating the workflow and content for performance appraisals, job descriptions, skills, goals, succession planning, and performance reporting. These automated processes are driven by specific tasks assigned to employees.
The Tasks page (found under the My Folder drop-down menu) lists all the tasks that have been assigned to you in symplr Performance. It provides a searchable, filterable, sortable table that makes it easy to browse, locate, and complete your various tasks and assignments.
Most features of symplr Performance have associated tasks so employees know when they are required to complete work in the system. Notifications are also sent when tasks are assigned, so users don't need to continually log in to check for new assignments.
