Language Checker

Language checker is a library of words and/or phrases that are marked as "questionable" when used on an appraisal form. It is used to assist managers (helping them to avoid using harsh or offensive language) when completing appraisals.

The Language Checker is enabled from the Choose Appraisal Options heading on the Settings page under the Admin area. When enabled, any word or phrase used in an appraisal form that matches an entry in the Language Checker table is automatically flagged for editing.

Click Add Phrase to create a new listing. Select Delete from the menu next to a phrase to remove it from the list.
