Assessments
Integrated assessments allow organizations to assess employees and help identify methods to assist them with career success. Through integrations with assessment solutions, symplr Performance provides a way to request and review assessments for employees.
Assessment integration provide a way for managers to request employees to complete an assessment. A task is generated for the employee, who is taken to the appropriate assessment site when they launch the task. Upon completion, the assessment report is saved as a PDF to the Development page in the employee's profile.
Managers are able to send assessments to both direct and indirect reports. An assessment can only be sent to an employee once, and an employee can only complete the same assessment once per calendar year. After it is completed, it can be rescored for a different job family, but not resent.
