Document Sign Off

The Document Sign Off feature provides a way for organizations to route specific documents, such as organizational policies, to employees for review and acknowledgment.

The feature runs on schedules that assign tasks to employees, just like other performance activities like appraisals and 360 reviews. Once documents are reviewed and acknowledged by the employees, the signed documents are listed in the Signed Documents table on the Documents page in employee profiles.

Assigning documents to be signed must be handed by an Admin user, using Document Review Schedules to assign document review tasks to individual users, users in a particular role, new hires, or other applicable user groups. When a document review schedule has been assigned, it appears as a task on the user's Task List.
