Welcome to symplr Performance! Your company has chosen one of the most powerful, versatile, and easy-to-use performance management systems available for the healthcare industry today.

Before diving into symplr Performance, let's review system requirements and some basic concepts about general system use to help you understand system workflows, navigation, and functionality.

• System requirements. Make sure you have the latest and greatest browsers so you're able to take full advantage of all the features and functionality we offer.
• Downloadable guides. A list of user and feature guides that you can download and print as needed. These include role-based user guides, quick start materials, and general feature overviews.
• Concepts. What's the difference between appraisals and assessments? What are Schedules? All these and more are covered here.
• Demo Videos. Sometimes it's easier to watch a short demonstration than read a step-by-step guide. For these instances, we've created some quick video refreshers on how to access certain features or complete specific tasks.
