360 Reviews Facilitator

The Facilitator for a 360 review is the user that is responsible for managing various aspects of the review process. This includes reviewing employee selections for contributing reviewers, making final selections for reviewers, and managing the feedback received from those selected reviewers.

The Facilitator for a 360 review can be the employee's manager. However, other users in symplr Performance can be selected as the Facilitator since some organizations use a dedicated position for managing the 360 review process.

The Facilitator of a 360 review is selected when the review schedule is initially created by an administrator. Once a schedule is activated, the Facilitator is assigned tasks that prompt them to review and approve employee reviewer selections, as well as manage the data collection process.
