Anonymous Recognition

Recognition and Remarks includes an option to send input to a colleague anonymously. This simply hides the name of the sender from the recipient. Anonymous recognition helps promote open and honest feedback amongst employees who otherwise might be hesitant to leave either positive or constructive comments for a fellow employee.

Anonymous recognition must be approved by the recipient’s manager (who is also unable to view the name of the sender) before it can be viewed by the recipient. Managers receive a notification via email and in the icon menu on the Tasks page on the Recognition Approvals option.

Managers can either Approve or Reject the anonymous recognition.
