Copying Schedules

Copies can be made of existing schedules to create new ones. This speeds up the schedule creation process if several schedules share the same settings.

  1. Click the Copy option from the actions menu in the table on the desired Schedule page under the Admin area.
  2. In the pop-up window, check if you want to copy the Schedule Definition and/or Employee Assignments.

  3. Enter a title for the new schedule.
  4. Click the Copy & Continue button.

At this point, you are taken to the Schedule Details step for scheduling appraisals. Continue this process to finish adding your copied schedule.
