Dashboard
The Dashboard is the main landing page for all users when logging into symplr Talent Sourcing. This page provides overview information about your candidate pools and job postings, along with links to help you quickly drill down into more detailed information in each area.
Information displayed in all sections of the dashboard are filtered down to the last seven days by default. However, you can adjust this timeframe using the Filter by Date Range drop-down at the top of the page.
Source Tracking for My Jobs
This area displays all the sources for candidates in your system, along with a number of candidates for each source.
My Jobs
This section lists all the jobs you are assigned to as a recruiter and additional details for each position, such as the number of days the job has been open and candidate pipeline numbers for each posting.
Candidate Activity Summary
Provides quick overview numbers for candidates and their activities.
My Activity
Graphical representation of actions you have taken on candidates in the system.
Most Candidate Activity
This area shows activity levels for candidates, listed with the most active candidates first. The buttons across the top allow you to view activity in each specific area - such as Searches, Folders, Import, etc.
Recent Activity
Recent Activity provides a running list of all actions taken within the system. A filter drop-down allows you to narrow the list of activity results shown.
