Drip Campaigns
Drip Campaigns provide a convenient way to increase exposure to (and enthusiasm for) your organization’s brand. These campaigns can enhance your overall recruitment strategy by sending messages out to your talent pool at regular, measured intervals, inspiring recipients to complete an application.
As the name implies, drip campaigns are used to “drip” email communications to groups of people at pre-determined lengths of time. By regularly sending messages pertinent to their interests and career goals, recipients learn increasingly more about your organization. Over time, these communications may compel them to browse your openings and submit an application.
Drip campaigns can be configured to send up to five messages, with each using its own individual template. After lining up the desired messaging, you can fine-tune the delivery dates and times, as well as how long you want the system to wait before delivering the next message in the series. This convenient automation leaves you with more time to take care of everything else on your to-do list (like replying to candidates).
