Mass SMS

Mass SMS allows you to create, schedule, manage, monitor, and control large volume SMS (text messaging) campaigns to engage with candidates.

SMS messages are easily created via a pop-up window launched by selecting Send Mass SMS from the menu drop-down on pages within the Talent area.

The Mass SMS Management page provides an area to review and track all SMS texting efforts, including delivery statistics on the number of texts resulting in engagement.

Additionally, the SMS Activity report includes the message history of any SMS campaigns, and can be further filtered and refined.
