Folder Workflows
Workflows for folders allow you to create custom stages for candidates added to a folder. This provides a way for you to track candidate progress through specific campaigns and/or hiring processes for various positions and locations within your organization.
Candidates can be added to multiple folders. When viewing candidates in folders, only their status in the current folder is displayed at the top of their information card.
Workflows are selected when creating new folders. A Workflow Name drop-down menu is displayed that allows you to select from the list of available folder workflows.
