Sharing Searches

Sharing a search allows you to share a saved search with other users or groups in symplr Talent Sourcing. Searches can be shared with multiple users and/or groups at the same time.

To share a search, complete the following steps from the Source page:

  1. Selecting Share Search from the Options menu in the Search Criteria section displays the Share Search window.
  2. Checking the box next to Share this search reveals a search field. Matching results display automatically as you enter text, and selecting a name adds it to the share list. You can add as many names and groups as needed.

  3. When you've selected everyone you need to share the search with, selecting Save applies your changes and allows those users to view the search.
