Deactivating Positions

Use Deactivate to hide a specific position from displaying throughout the system and prevent candidates from applying.

To deactivate a position, find the position you want to remove on the Manage My Positions page, then click Deactivate from the Actions menu. This displays a confirmation dialog popup. Clicking OK in this popup hides the position and refreshes the page.

However, unlike a deleted position, deactivated positions can be re-activated and opened back up to applicants.

To reactivate a position, find the desired position, then click Activate from the Actions menu. This displays a confirmation dialog popup, nearly identical to the one that displays during deactivation. Clicking OK in this popup re-adds the position to the list and refreshes the page.
