Reference Assessment reports. Clients that utilize Reference Assessment through integrations with Position Manager and/or symlpr Hiring System now have the ability to exclude disclosure information when generating reference assessment reports from those integrated solutions. This allows users to quickly review report information without pages of preceding disclosures.

- FCRA Compliance. To comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, candidates are now shown a disclosure form to review and sign off on for each position they have been asked to provide references. This disclosure verbiage is also included on the candidate's feedback report. (Ref# 1433)

- Passwords. Any new or updated passwords must now include a minimum of eight characters, with at least one number and at least one letter. The requirement for including an uppercase letter and a special character has been removed. (Ref# 475)

We’ve given symlpr Reference Assessment a fresh new user interface that makes it smoother and easier to use than ever, as well as provide consistency with the look and feel of other symlpr solutions. This new look and feel makes it easier to do what’s needed, while keeping all the existing functionality intact. The update also improves usability for devices like smartphones and tablets.
