Generating System Reports

System reports in Staff Assessment are accessed from the Reports page, accessed by clicking the Reports tab in the navigation bar.

On this page, all available reports are listed along the left-hand side, among four categories: Applicant, Breakdown, Completion, and Admin.

Reports can be displayed as HTML or delivered as a PDF or CSV file. HTML reports display their results on-screen, while PDF and CSV reports are exported as PDF and spreadsheet files (respectively) that are viewed and worked with offline. Additionally, entering your email address when running a CSV report sends a download link to your email address, so you can access the specific report file repeatedly, if need be.

Furthermore, certain report types can be limited based on candidate statuses. That means if, for example, you only want to see candidates with a status of Declined or Not Hired - Viable, all you need to do is check those two boxes, and un-check all others before running the report.

Note: On-screen report results are limited to show 1,000 applicants. If you anticipate a greater number of results, selecting CSV as the report format and entering your email address sends you a CSV file with all applicable results.
