  • Reports. The Applicant Breakdown and Scoring Breakdown reports can now be filtered by Survey Type. This new functionality allows customers using the Short Form Staff Assessment to customize their search options, making it easier to analyze data and see the positive impact of the Short Form Staff Assessment.   • Reports. The Invite to Completion and Usage reports can now be filtered by Survey Type. Customers with Short Form Staff Assessment enabled can customize their search options, making it easier to analyze data and see the positive impact of the Short Form Staff Assessment on applicants.   • Header. The header has been updated with a new modern look and feel that is consistent across various symplr products. These are cosmetic only and do not change any functionality. [869971]

    Updates to the header include:

    • New icons that clearly indicate available actions or status.

    • The Support area has moved under the Help menu item.

    • User menu now displays as a "persona coin" instead of username and has relocated to the right of the Help menu.

  • Enhanced Reporting by Survey Type. The Insight Summary, Survey Status Summary, and Time to Complete reports can now be filtered by Survey Type. This new functionality is available when the Short Form Staff Assessment is enabled, allowing the customization of search options. This makes it easier to analyze data and see the positive impact of the Short Form Staff Assessment on applicants. [1019379]

  • Schedule Reports by Survey Type. The Survey Status Summary and Time to Complete reports can now be scheduled based on the Survey Type. [1019379]

  • Scoring Assessments. Scored assessments are now immediately available in the Job Families area when assigning interviews and viewing Previous scored reports. Users no longer have to manually refresh the site. [1022967]

  • Candidate Detail. The layout of the Candidate Detail page received minor updates. The page still contains all information previously available.

  • Reports. The Retention report graphs and summary have been updated with a new complementary color palette, further improving the readability and overall clarity of reports. The Reports Summary and Insights Summary have also been updated with this new color scheme. [647659, 648596, 704948]

Enhancements

The enhancements listed below may be controlled by system-wide permission settings. All users may not have access to the functionality as described.

  • Updated Interface. symplr Assessments has received an interface update! This new look-and-feel not only delivers a refreshed and complementary color palette, but also provides improved readability, consistent fonts, and iconography that clearly represents available actions and/or statuses.
