Report Download Improvements. The default file names of downloaded reports now save using a format of report name, client ID, and date/time. So for example, a downloaded report's file now saves with a file name like reportname_clientid_datetime.pdf. PDF reports also no longer display in a new browser tab when selected, but are downloaded directly. (Ref# 427518)

Admin. In an effort to help maximize system security, the back-end setting to Auto-complete Password has been disabled. Users who had previously made use of this feature now need to manually enter their password.
While this feature is no longer offered by Staff Assessment, most modern web browsers including Chrome, Edge, and Firefox still offer their own password saving capabilities, which can be used as a replacement option. (Ref# 1997)

Reports. We've renamed two Admin reports to provide greater consistency throughout Staff Assessment. The Process Compliance Details report is now Process Compliance: Hire Details, and the Summarize by Facility is now Process Compliance: Summarize by Facility. (Ref# 1852)

Passwords. When adding a new user, Staff Assessment now sends an email that contains a link allowing the new user to create their own passwords. This provides added security by not allowing administrators to create passwords for users. (Ref# 1859)

Instant Development Report Results via Email. The Staff Assessment Development Report results can now be viewed immediately after completion, by adding scoring parameters at the time of invitation. Upon completing the assessment, users are sent an email containing a link to view their results. For security purposes, any email links expire after 14 days. (Ref# 1800)

Reports. We've updated the scoring formulas, using data based on over 2.1 million internal and external applicants spread throughout 400 different healthcare organizations. (Ref# 1554)
Separate baseline metrics were created based on the needs of acute care and long-term care organizations. These metrics were created for the major job families, and the nested jobs of Nurse - New Graduate, OR Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, and CNA/STNA/NA.
Specific changes observed may vary based on the individual job family and its typical applicant demographics. However, there are some general changes that may be observed with the new baselines:

In general, the new baselines have resulted in a shift downward in the bar graph scores. This means there will be relatively fewer high scores.

The bar graph scores will be more evenly distributed across the entire 10-point scale.

Those using certain minimum values might want to adjust those scores to better reflect the changes in the bar graph scores.

Total Turnover is now Process Compliant Involuntary Turnover Rate. Its formula for calculations is: (Process Compliant Involuntary Terms/Process Compliant Hires)x 100.

New Feature: Report Scheduling
Looking for a way to review assessments information without having to log into the system and manually run reports when needed? Now you can with Report Scheduling!
Report Scheduling automatically delivers assessments reports to your inbox at selected intervals (weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually) so you can access key data regularly without having to log into the system. Notification emails contain a link that downloads the report (in CSV or PDF format) directly to your computer.

- Survey Status Summary Report. When running a Survey Status Summary report with a date range greater than one month, the report now includes a section breaking the report data down by each individual month. (Ref# 1455)
- Candidate Pool Assessments. The Phone Number is no longer a required field, so candidates may now begin the assessment survey by only entering their First Name, Last Name, and Email. (Ref# 1552)

- Improved File Import Messaging. The error messaging displayed when a file import is unsuccessful has been clarified to better address why the file was rejected. (Ref# 1485)
- Total Terminations Report. The existing Total Terminations retention analysis report has been updated. Now, the Total Turnover rate is calculated based on all terminations within the imported file, regardless of how the terminations are tagged. (Ref# 1556)

- Retention Dashboard. We've clarified a couple of field names on the Retention Dashboard page. Status has been renamed Employment Status, and Reason is now Termination Reason. (Ref# 1394)
- Import Rejection Reasoning. When a Retention Analysis file import is rejected, the reason for the file's rejection now displays on the Import page. (Ref# 1408)
