Analytics Reports

Analytics reporting offer many options for filtering data in the symplr Hiring. Selecting an option from the Analytics section in the reports list displays available options for the selected report in the space to the right.

Compliance. The Compliance report shows a visualization of overall checklist compliance by Location and Job within a specified timeframe. With the ability to select which Applicant and Offer checklist items are considered to be required, this report can be used to ensure that your recruitment team is adhering to the pre-hire checklist steps and are properly reviewing, screening, and assessing incoming talent.

Selecting a data point on the compliance report displays an additional sub-report option:

  • Leaderboard. Selecting this option shows the top-ranking communities for hires and compliance rates.

Pipeline. The Pipeline report shows a visualization of the current and/or historical number of candidates in every stage of the recruitment pipeline. With the ability to refine the results by location, job title, and timeframe, this report helps identify potential bottlenecks in your recruitment process, compare the progress of candidates between jobs, and compare the pipeline for different time periods.

Selecting a data point on the Pipeline report displays additional sub-report options:

  • Leaderboard. Shows the top communities for the desired information.
  • Outcomes. Displays each stage of the process and the number of applicants in each stage.
  • Timeline. Displays when information was viewed/reviewed.
  • Sources. Displays how the applicant heard about the opening.
