User Permissions

Access to Enhanced Job Distribution is controlled by permissions assigned to user roles. These permissions are found under Position Manager > Job Postings.

• Job Distribution. This permission allows users to view the Enhanced Job Distribution area on the Job Postings tab for requisitions.

• Add/Edit. Allows users to create and edit postings with Enhanced Job Distribution.

• View. Provides view-only access to see where jobs are posted.

• Admin. Admin permissions provides full access to all menu options available within Enhanced Job Distribution (e.g. Account menu and Settings area).
