Staff Assessment: As a Candidate
Candidates make use of Staff Assessment in a much more straightforward way than recruiters or hiring managers, and are presented with a tight, one-way workflow.
First, a candidate must be sent an invitation from a hiring manager or recruiter. This invitation contains a link that takes them to their online assessment. After entering some basic demographic information, they are presented with the 114 assessment questions, in sequence. After answering every question, the assessment survey is complete and a confirmation message is displayed.
Their candidate status is updated in the system to reflect completion of the assessment, and HR can run reports based on their responses.
Note: There is no additional login process required for the candidate to access their assessment; simply clicking the link in their email invitation displays the first page of their survey. Upon completion, they have no further access to the Leadership Assessment system and are forced to exit the system.
