Deleting Invitations

If for any reason you want to rescind an invitation sent to a candidate, or simply wish to reduce the size of your candidate pool, you may delete assessment invitations. Deleting invitations renders the invitation link sent to the candidate as void, and no longer lets them access their assessment survey.

There are two different ways to conduct this action, both handled from the main Invitations page.

• If you wish to delete a single invitation, you can click the Delete link under the Delete column. This instantly deletes the invitation.
• Alternately, you may click any of the checkboxes in the Delete column, and then click Delete Checked at the bottom of the page to purge several invitations in one fell swoop.

Warning: When deleting invitations, there is no confirmation dialog box, so click very carefully! A deletion is instant and permanent.
