Dashboard
The Leadership Assessment Dashboard has been developed to assist human resource professionals to more efficiently manage large numbers of candidates by providing them the ability to prioritize candidates for further consideration. The Leadership Assessment Dashboard allows you to focus your time recruiting and developing those individuals who are likely to possess the desired behavioral competencies. By classifying candidates into groups (using job families), you are then able to more closely examine and compare them on the Prescore page.
The main Dashboard page shows a streamlined view of the candidate list. Only their name, position they applied for, and date they submitted their application are highlighted. From here, you can add an individual to the overall list of candidates, classify a candidate’s application into a specific job family, and filter your view of candidates based on a selected job family.
The Dashboard gathers its data from the past two years' worth of candidates. Candidates having been in the system longer than two years' time are no longer automatically pulled in. They must be manually added back into to the candidate list if you wish to consider them for current openings.
