Candidates
The candidate list on the Home page is displayed upon logging into Leadership Assessment. The candidate list, by default, is sorted by date, so the newest candidates are displayed at the top of the list. From here, you can click a name to view their Details page and work with their survey, run development or selection reports, and work with their information however necessary.
Using the search capability, you can query and pull up the records of a specific candidate, or all candidates who were entered into the system during a specific date (or date range). In addition to the basic demographic information, their survey status is displayed alongside their name, telling you at-a-glance where their survey stands.
The list can be set to show candidates based on names or dates by entering the names or date ranges in the Search area in the upper-left corner. You may quickly display just the assessments completed in the past 7 or 30 days by selecting either option from the Recent Assessments section in the upper-right corner.
Selecting a candidate name brings you to the associated candidate detail page.
The candidates’ survey status is represented by an icon in the left-most column of the candidates table. The icon present tells you whether a candidate has completed a survey, if it has been graded (by generating a report), and (if it has been graded) the category of job the report was tailored to.
The status of the candidate's assessment survey is conveyed by the icon shown in the leftmost column.

On the Home page, locate specific candidates based on their name or survey date by entering a date range or their name(s) into the fields in the Search section in the upper-left, then clicking Search. Candidates are displayed on-screen matching with any of the criteria entered.
Results can be narrowed to only candidates who completed their survey within a specified date range, by entering dates into the Dates From and To date fields above the Search bar. Sort the list by clicking the Name, Survey Date, ID, Position, or Department/Campus column headers. The candidates are arranged in ascending or descending order based on the associated column.
From the Home page, candidates may be marked as Restricted or Hired. If these settings need to be changed, all you need to do is click the check box under each respective column, and then click Update at the bottom of the page. A confirmation displays as a green banner across the top of the page letting you know your modifications are saved.
The two status columns at the end of the Candidates table — Restricted? and Hired? — may also be edited. If these settings need to be changed, select the check box under each respective column and click Update at the bottom of the table. A confirmation displays as a green banner across the top of the page letting you know your modifications are saved.
