Invitations. Assessment invitations can now be send in bulk using Invite by CSV. This feature provides a way to send multiple assessment invitations at once by adding information to a CSV file and uploading it to Leadership Assessment. A template of the CSV file is available that indicates the required fields for each invitation, including how to complete the Job Family, Applicant Type, Dev Suggestion, and Competencies fields.

This new look-and-feel not only delivers a refreshed and complementary color palette, but also provides improved readability, consistent fonts, and iconography that clearly represents available actions and/or statuses. - Instant Development Report Results via Email. The Leadership Assessment Development Report results can now be viewed immediately after completion, by adding scoring parameters at the time of invitation. Upon completing the assessment, users are sent an email containing a link to view their results. For security purposes, any email links expire after 14 days. (Ref# 542)

- Candidates. The Candidates page and all its functionality has been consolidated into the Home page. Both pages provided similar features and information displays, so they were combined for ease of access and use. (Ref# 404)
- Search. You can now search for candidates by Date Range on the Home page. (Ref# 403)
- Messaging. We've improved system messaging to indicate when no assessments are found when conducting a search to reduce confusion. Previous messaging stated that no applicants were found. (Ref# 417)

- Passwords. Users creating a new password or updating an old password must now adhere to updated security requirements. Any new passwords must now be a minimum of eight characters long, including at least one number, at least one letter, and at least one uppercase letter. (Ref# 395)
