  • Improved Account Notification Email Experience: We’ve introduced modern, mobile responsive HTML email templates across three key account related workflows to deliver a clearer, more secure, and visually consistent experience.

    The updated templates include:

    • New user created

    • Username updated

    • Password reset

    Key Enhancements

    • Clear, friendly guidance to help users understand the purpose of the email and next steps.

    • Prominent, branded action buttons (where applicable) that replace plain text links, making actions easier to identify and complete.

    • symplr visual branding, including logo, color palette, and footer, creates a cohesive and trustworthy experience.[1339600]

  • Header. The header has been updated with a new modern look and feel that is consistent across various symplr products. These are cosmetic only and do not change any functionality. [869974]

    Updates to the header include:

    • New icons that clearly indicate available actions or status.

    • The Support area has moved under the Help menu item.

    • User menu now displays as a "persona coin" instead of username and has relocated to the right of the Help menu.

  • Feedback Report concern: Great news! The Leadership Assessment Feedback Report get's a new update that improves clarity and professionalism without altering the functionality. [1344288]

  • Selection Feedback Report. The disclaimer verbiage on the late page of the Leadership Assessment Selection Feedback Report has been updated. [892218]

  • Invitations. Assessment invitations can now be send in bulk using Invite by CSV. This feature provides a way to send multiple assessment invitations at once by adding information to a CSV file and uploading it to Leadership Assessment. A template of the CSV file is available that indicates the required fields for each invitation, including how to complete the Job Family, Applicant Type, Dev Suggestion, and Competencies fields.

Enhancements

The enhancements listed below may be controlled by system-wide permission settings. All users may not have access to the functionality as described.

  • Updated Interface. symplr Assessments has received an interface update! This new look-and-feel not only delivers a refreshed and complementary color palette, but also provides improved readability, consistent fonts, and iconography that clearly represents available actions and/or statuses.
