Invitations. Assessment invitations can now be send in bulk using Invite by CSV. This feature provides a way to send multiple assessment invitations at once by adding information to a CSV file and uploading it to Leadership Assessment. A template of the CSV file is available that indicates the required fields for each invitation, including how to complete the Job Family, Applicant Type, Dev Suggestion, and Competencies fields.

Updated Interface. symplr Assessments has received an interface update! This new look-and-feel not only delivers a refreshed and complementary color palette, but also provides improved readability, consistent fonts, and iconography that clearly represents available actions and/or statuses.
