Reports

symplr Performance provides a wide range of reports so you can easily gather and examine the data you need to ensure your employee management is efficient and successful. Each report provides several data filters, allowing you to manipulate your results without the need of sifting through records you don't need.

The Reports area contains several sub-pages:

  • Performance Analytics. Create powerful and distinctive custom analyses using hand-picked employee performance data found throughout the system, and choose how you want to present it.

  • Standard. Standard reports include all the pre-packaged reports offered in symplr Performance. The reports found on this page are diverse and address many of the data needs for users.
  • Custom. The Custom Reports page contains those reports specifically designed for your organization.
  • Appraisal Status Reporting. This report displays the status of appraisals throughout your organization to help track where deficiencies exist in the appraisal process. This is similar to the Appraisal Status Standard Report, but the version of the report on this page allows a greater degree of flexibility and customization of data views, filters, and other details.

  • Checklist Status Reporting. This report displays the status of checklists throughout your organization to help track where deficiencies exist in the checklist process. This is similar to the Checklist Status Standard Report, but the version of the report on this page allows a greater degree of flexibility and customization of data views, filters, and other details.
