Schedule

The Schedule pages under Admin provide areas for managing the various schedules in symplr Performance.

The tables on these pages list all the available schedules for the different areas for viewing and editing as needed. New schedules can be created at any time.

The available scheduling pages are:

• Appraisal Schedule. Appraisals are employee reviews by their managers and peers that drive merit increases.
• Checklist Schedule. Checklists are designed to test employee knowledge and skills in specific areas related to their job descriptions.
• 360 Review Schedule. 360 reviews provide an opportunity to collect feedback about an employee from coworkers. These reviews assist managers during appraisals.
• Document Schedule. These schedules control the tasks for document sign off by employees.
