About Talent areas

Key areas of the Source & CRM's Talent module include:

• Source. Source is the main area for locating and viewing candidates across your talent networks. Using a variety of available search filters, you can quickly narrow the list of candidates in your database. Source includes candidates from the Folders, Talent Network, and Import areas.
• Folders. Folders provide a way to group similar candidates within symplr Talent Sourcing. Creating folders and adding candidates with similar attributes makes it easier to browse potential candidates for specific position and/or skillsets.
• Talent Network. Networks allow you to initiate and nurture pre-applicant relationships through campaigns targeting campus, diversity, military, and other special recruiting channels.
• Visitors. See who's been visiting your career site, what jobs they've been searching for, pages they've viewed, and more. You can also filter the data on display.
• Review Center. Review jobs and any assigned applicants here.
• Import. This is the area for manually importing candidates from various sources.
• Search Management. Provides the ability to view, disable, and adjust any automatic candidate searches in the system.
