The symplr Hiring makes it easy to post jobs, collect and review applicant information, and onboard desired candidates quickly. Take a look at some of the features below that help you get your positions filled faster than ever.

Note: Not all users are able to use all of these features. Access to specific features depends on the permissions granted by the system administrator.

  • Applicants. Applicants are individuals that have submitted their information in response to a posted opening at your organization.
  • Interviews. Interviews allow you to better assess applicant skillsets and fit within your organization. Interviews can be customized for each applicant, and responses are rated to provide an overall rating.
  • Jobs. Job postings define the openings you need to fill within your organization. Jobs are posted to job boards, where applicants view the information and submit applications.
  • Offers. Offers are made to applicants when it's determined they're the best fit for the opening. Sending offers to applicants begins the onboarding process.
  • Analytics. Analytics are reports that allow you to examine the efficiency of your organization's hiring process.
