Interviewing applicants allows you to better evaluate their skills and overall fit within your organization. It provides a way for applicants to demonstrate their knowledge and task management approach.

The symplr Hiring provides the ability to review and edit interview questions in preparation for the actual interview. After the interview is conducted, the applicant responses to each question are rated and rolled up into an overall rating for the applicant.

Multiple users are able to interview an applicant. This includes adding and editing questions in preparation for the interview process.
