symplr Recruiting provides a wide range of reports so you can easily gather and examine the data you need to ensure your hiring process is efficient and successful. Each report provides several data filters, allowing you to manipulate your results without needing to sift through records you don't need.

There are three different reporting formats in symplr Recruiting, each with their own distinct methods and options for viewing and extracting defined data from across the system. Reporting options are found under the Insights menu in the navigation bar.

These three types of reporting include:

  • Talent Analytics. Create powerful and distinctive custom analyses using hand-picked recruitment data found throughout the system, and choose how you want to present it.

  • Reports. The refreshed, adaptable Reports page offers the same familiar reporting capabilities, while sporting a modern, streamlined look and feel. The specific reports available in this format are still limited for now, but will expand over time to include several additional reports.

  • Classic Reports. The original reporting tool, which has been used in symplr Recruiting since the beginning. Every existing report can be run from this page.

While symplr Recruiting provides a vast array of reports that cover a majority of client data reporting needs, additional custom reports can also be developed and made available on your system.
