The Concept of Messages and Tasks

The Messages and Tasks area, a table found on the Applicant Detail page, was introduced to symplr Recruiting in the release of version 11. It was created to help streamline the processing of applicants.

The Messages and Tasks table serves two main purposes:

  • Track communications between managers and recruiters regarding the selected applicant.
  • Assign tasks to users when specific actions are needed, such as completing a custom form or setting up an interview.
