There is no upfront fee to use Enhanced Job Distribution. While there are free/organic job boards that jobs can be distributed to, many job boards require payment at the time of posting. In many cases, JobTarget offers lower-than-retail rates when purchasing through their platform as opposed to purchasing on the job board directly.

Once posted, job postings can take anywhere between 24 and 48 hours to display on the job board, but in most cases, the job displays in a matter of hours.

If the job has been confirmed as delivered and you are still unable to locate it on the job board when searching, reach out to JobTarget and they will help you troubleshoot.

Through JobTarget’s Marketplace, you can navigate to Apps > Inventory Manager. You will be prompted to enter details of your existing job site contract, and JobTarget will make the inventory available for you to post. A common use case for this is LinkedIn job slots.

If you cannot locate a specific job board when searching through the Marketplace, reach out to JobTarget to ensure that the job board gets added.

The JobTarget Organic Sites Bundle is a set of free job boards that all of your eligible job postings are automatically posted to when Enhanced Job Distribution with JobTarget is enabled in your symplr Recruiting site. This bundle includes the following job boards:

• LinkedIn Organic

• ZipRecruiter Organic

• Monster Organic

• Talent.com

• MyJobHelper

• Adzuna

• Jora

• Jooble

While each of the job boards included in the JobTarget Organic Sites Bundle have varying posting durations, JobTarget automatically refreshes the job on each job site upon reaching its expiration. This means that your job postings display on each of the above listed job boards, no matter how long they are posted.

Postings to these boards occur automatically and are free of any charge. If you do not want your postings to be included on these job boards, please contact JobTarget for assistance in removing them.

Note: Individual job boards in the Organic Sites Bundle have discretion on whether to post job openings on their sites.
