Initiating a Staff Assessment
Staff Assessment requests are conducted from both the Applicant List and Applicant Detail pages.
Note: Before an assessment request can be successfully made, however, it is important that the necessary setup has been completed.
-
Select the checkbox for each individual you want to invite to complete the assessment. Checking multiple people will send them all their own invitation at the same time.
- Select the Send Behavioral Assessment option from the Take Action drop-down menu. This opens the Send Behavioral Assessment popup window.
-
In the Send Assessment popup, enter any required information in the appropriate fields. A template message may appear in the Message section of the window. When your form is complete, click Send to email the participant(s) an invitation and activate the assessment.
-
At this point, the reference request is sent and the pop-up window closes. The Assessments table on the Screening tab in their Candidate Detail page is updated to indicate the request has been received. This updates automatically as they complete their survey, until it is eventually marked as compete.
