Utilities

The Utilities area allows you to manage all of the back-end workings of symplr Learning.

The main sections to the Utilities area are:

  • Email Notifications. Configure symplr Learning to send email alerts and reminders for specific events.
  • Exports. Export learner records for specified date ranges.
  • Imports. Import HR records and transcripts into symplr Learning.
  • Preferences. Manage system-wide preferences for symplr Learning, symplr Learning and for badge scanner compatibility.
  • Report Upload. Upload saved reports to symplr Learning.
  • Roles. Create, edit, and maintain roles that determine the types of rights that administrators have over the system.

Each of these sections displays information in a convenient grid or organized layout for easy reference. Grids can be filtered and/or sorted to further help you locate the information your need to manage.
