About the Recognition form

The Recognition and Remarks form provides fields for selecting employees, associating specific values, and general comments for feedback.

Note: Due to the highly configurable nature of the Recognition and Remarks feature, you may notice differences in some verbiage and screenshots shown here.

  • Select an employee. Search field for locating the employee for your feedback. This is a type-ahead field that automatically displays employee names that match after three characters have been entered.

    Tip: See an Advanced button in your employee search field? That means you can send recognition to multiple employees at once!

  • Corporate values. Drop-down list that allows you to make multiple selections for any organizational/corporate values to assign to the feedback.
  • Comments. Text field for entering your comments for the employee.
  • Send anonymously. This option allows you to send your feedback anonymously, which simply hides name of the sender from the receiving employee. The recipient's manager must approve all anonymous feedback before it is shown to the employee.
