Sending Recognition
Sending recognition to a colleague is designed to be a quick and easy process to encourage employees to share thoughts and comments as often as possible.
- Select the Send Recognition option from the icon's menu on the Tasks page.

Complete the send recognition form that opens in the pop-up window.
- Click Send.
The selected employee receives an email notification when the recognition is sent (if the email notification option is enabled), and the icon on their Tasks page displays a number to indicate they have new feedback.
Tip: Depending on how your Recognition and Remarks feature is configured, you may be able to send recognition to multiple employees at once.
