Searching Talent

Having a well-populated talent database doesn't mean much if you can't find qualified candidates for your positions. symplr Talent Sourcing provides several search tools to help you quickly and easily locate candidate records that meet specific job requirements.

Each Talent area in symplr Talent Sourcing (Source, Folders, Import, Talent Network, Visitors) provides both a Search and a Filter pane to help locate and narrow the talent list using a variety of criteria.

• Search Criteria. The Search Criteria pane provides several fields for entering specific search criteria, such as Job Title, Location, and Keywords.
• Filters. Filters allow you to narrow displayed results based on settings you select for key areas of a candidate's profile, such as Years of Experience, Age of Resume, and specific Tags applied to the candidate.
