Sourcing

The Sourcing feature is used as a tool to help you find new potential job candidates, using the database of references who have responded to prior candidates' reference requests, in addition to any previous candidates.

The Sourcing section consists of two pages:

• Sourcing Search. This page essentially works as a candidate pool, containing information on applicants, as well as any references who have responded to applicants' reference requests. In addition to basic demographic data, users can also search by criteria such as Job Search Status and Hire Readiness.
• Sourcing Reference View. This page displays vital details for a selected individual to help you determine the viability or likelihood that the candidate would be interested in an opportunity. Information consists of contact and employment details, who they have provided references for, their career status and job satisfaction indicators, and any notes added by current Reference Assessment users in your organization.
