References
References are associated with different tasks, actions, and reporting features depending on whether you're using the Reference Assessment system as a candidate, a reference, or as a hiring manager.
-
Requesting References.Candidates provide their reference's basic contact details, provide a brief description of their working relationship, then send the invitations and wait for any responses. As each reference completes this process, their process continues toward completion.
-
Reviewing References. References can be viewed by hiring managers as soon as they're added to the system. After each reference is added, they are found in either the My Positions or Sourcing pages. Each page presents its own data and review options.
-
Candidate Reports. Candidate reports provide an in-depth look at the most crucial candidate evaluation data obtained during the Reference Assessment process. Details offered in these reports include competency scores and key behavioral insights for the candidate across nine categories, references' responses to any custom questions, employment verification details, and much more.
