About People

The People area in symplr Recruiting has been designed as a one-stop shop for personnel. It provides a single place to search or browse lists of potential candidates to fill openings, review applications that have been submitted to job postings, and transition selected applicants into positions.

The sub-pages available in the People area include:

• Applicants. The Applicants page displays a full list of every application received for specific requisitions in symplr Recruiting. This is where users review, compare, process, and select applicants for job openings.
• New Hires. The New Hires page displays a special sub-set of applications from the main Applicants page. Specifically, it is a quick and easy way to view those applicants that have been selected for hire for a job opening.
