Actions

Though you're able to perform many of the same actions, or tasks, in symplr Recruiting as before, the procedure for those actions may differ in some areas.

We have made efforts to streamline user interaction with the system - less clicks means more productivity. The route from A to B is shorter, quicker and easier than before so you can get on with your day.

Some of the process updates are due to the relocation of action areas, while others are because we attempted to combine action sequences into logical groupings. For example, you can change the status of an applicant when you send it to a manager for review.
