Employees

The Employees area in symplr Performance provides managers with quick access to information regarding their employees' professional development. This includes features such as goals, checklists, and learning. The information gleaned within these pages enables you to make data-driven decisions about how certain employees have been performing, and continue guiding them on the best path to success by adding and assigning new development goals as needed.

The available pages under the Employees tab include:

  • Employee List. Lists employees you can access, such as direct reports. Provides links to view employee profile pages.
  • Validate. Lists all checklists for employees that you can access and modify.
  • Development. Provides views of available development goals, development plans, and assessments that can be assigned to employees.
  • Performance Goals. Provides a way to add new goals and assign goals to multiple employees. Lists available performance goals, and also tracks and evaluates employee performance across the organization.
